Clarisse Miranda, lovingly known as “Licha,” was born on October 5, 1971, and passed away on September 26, 2025, leaving behind a legacy of kindness, quiet strength, and love that touched countless lives.
Professionally, Licha dedicated her career to the banking industry, beginning at a credit union on Legion Parkway in Brockton before serving at several local banks. Most recently, she was a valued team member at BayCoast Bank, where she was known for her professionalism, her warm smile, and her ability to make every client feel respected and cared for. Her work was not just a job — it was an extension of her commitment to her community.
Licha was a devoted mother to two sons and a proud grandmother, roles that brought her the greatest joy. She was a loving wife, a cherished daughter, and a loyal sister whose support never wavered. As part of the respected Miranda family, she carried forward the Cape Verdean values of faith, family, and unity — values that shaped her life and inspired those around her.

Her calm presence, soft-spoken wisdom, and deep compassion were a gift to everyone who knew her. She adored her nieces and nephews, supported her siblings, and treated every person she met with dignity and love.
Licha’s passing leaves a deep void in the Cape Verdean community, but her spirit remains an enduring source of comfort and inspiration.
We ask the global Kriolu community to keep the Miranda family in your thoughts and prayers during this time. Send your condolences, share your memories, and help honor the life of a woman who was truly a blessing.
Rest peacefully, Licha. You will forever be loved and never forgotten.
