The community of DeKalb County, Georgia, is mourning the heartbreaking loss of 8-year-old Bisebwa Mwimule, who tragically passed away after being found in a neighborhood swimming pool. Bisebwa had been reported missing the night before, and despite the tireless efforts of family, friends, and authorities in the search, the young child was discovered unresponsive.
