Authorities and community members are urgently searching for 7-year-old Liam A. King, a non-verbal child with cognitive impairments who was reported missing on Sunday, September 7, 2025, in Randolph County.
According to the Randolph County Sheriff’s Office, Liam was last seen in the area of Forest Hills Drive in Asheboro. Officials say he left the area on foot and may run if approached.
Description
Liam is described as a white male, approximately 3 feet 5 inches tall, weighing about 55 pounds, with shoulder-length brown/black hair and brown eyes.

“This is a critical situation,” a Sheriff’s Office spokesperson said. “We are asking the community to keep their eyes open and report anything right away. Liam needs to be brought home safely.”
