Police are investigating a tragic murder-suicide in north Fulton County after a man allegedly shot and killed his wife before taking his own life earlier this week. The incident happened inside a home on St. Ives Country Club Drive in Johns Creek. When officers arrived, they found two people dead from gunshot wounds. Authorities identified the victim as Grace Choi, a respected biology and chemistry teacher at Mount Pisgah Christian School. Choi, who studied at the University of Georgia’s Franklin College of Arts and Sciences, was remembered as a devoted educator and a gifted violinist who shared her love for both science and music with her students. The suspect has been identified as her husband, Dr. James Choi, a well-known dentist in the community.
