It is with profound sadness that we share the passing of Mike “Mikey” Connell, 42, who tragically died on Saturday, August 16, 2025, in a crash on Route 146 in Lincoln, Rhode Island. After a long day at work, Mike was driving home to his family when his truck overturned and caught fire. Sadly, he never made it home.
Mike leaves behind his devoted wife of 20 years, Kristin, and their four children: Axl (6), Cayden (8), Tristan (15), and Jared (20). Three of his children are on the autism spectrum. Mike worked tirelessly as a skilled machinist and sole provider, giving everything to support his family.
